A $500 Booking Deposit is required to secure reservations within 7 days of reservation request. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival date.
A fee of $200.00 will be assessed for cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival date. All payments will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival date.
- Check-in time: 3 p.m.
- Check-out time: 11 a.m.
- Minimum night stay: 5 nights
- Maximum occupancy: 4 people
- Children 12 years and under stay are included in maximum occupancies
- No pets allowed

- San Francisco Hotel Tax of 14.08% applies
- A $200 refundable cleaning deposit required in case of damages

- Daily or mid-stay maid service is available should you so desire for a small fee
- Half day rentals for late check-out / early check-in available, depending upon availability
There is a 10 night minimum length of stay between Dec. 15th - Jan. 5th.
